“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams”
-Eleanor Roosevelt

As a licensed professional counselor I am passionate about helping people. I find meaning and personal fulfillment in assisting clients as they navigate life’s challenges and obstacles. The most fulfilling part of my work is to witness and experience the ability of my clients to make positive changes in their lives and to attain the personal growth they seek.

I consider myself an interactive and integrated therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help individuals effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complimentary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to each client. With compassion, understanding, and humor, I work with each individual to help build on his or her strengths.

I have extensive experience assisting individuals dealing with a variety of concerns. Some of these areas of concern include trauma, depression, anxiety, family conflict, relationship issues, women’s issues, and substance abuse.

Not only do I work with adults, but I also specialize in working with adolescents. I have over 6 years of professional experience working with adolescents in a variety of settings. I provide them with support, guidance, and encourage self-determination to help them reach the goals that are important to them.
